The week leading up to Koryn and Patrick’s wedding was damp & misty mountains weather, so when Saturday the 7th of January opened to beautiful skies and warmth, we knew it wuld be amazing. ”Allview Escape” had been picked for its stunning escarpment views, and they did not disappoint anyone on the day, with all of the guests enjoying the view. Koryn got dressed at her parents B&B in Katoomba, and after a few photographs with the girls & her parents, Koryn travelled up to Blackheath. The cereony was perfect on the side of the valley, and after an intimate ceremony everyone relaxed outside the marquee with a few drinks. Allview has some lovely backdrops so we took the opportunity for a few of these with the bridal party, and then indulged in a quick round of cricket behind the trees! Koryn did quite well hitting one from Patrick with her dress on!!  

We all then returned to the marquee for a beautiful buffet meal prepared by Red Pepper catering, and also the band White Bros. After some speeches from parents, one of the highlights was the Matron of honors speech which included the other two bridesmaids & all the guests singing from notes written on the back of the name cards on the tables! It was a real surprise for Koryn & Patrick & proved how much they are loved by their family & friends. After the bridal waltz the night carried on with lots of dancing and singing.

Thank you both Koryn & Patrick for having me capture your day, it was truely perfect in every sense.

I wish you a wonderful start to your married life and hope you settle into life in Brisbane & enjoy the Queensland sunshine!

Mieke with Mum and Dad. This gorgeous little girl came for some studio photos when we first opened, and

last Christmas we took all the extended family shots. I love this one as its so candid and fun.

Its amazing how much fun children can have with the simple things in life!

Diesel and Ben. If you look in the baby gallery you will see Diesel as a 2 week old.

Emma and family. Emma, Stewart and Archie came to the studio when we first opened and had some family

photographs taken…Archie is too cute!!! Mum and Dad look great too!!

Lauren and Nick has this photo taken as a series for their pre wedding shoot. 

They live in the mountains, but their wedding was in Sydney, so we took these

to have a real mountains feel.

Snake Girl. I took this image a few years ago at a fiends house in Cairns. This is Ally’s pet snake, and it

was crawling all over her. Loved it in Black and White!

Yassir and his now wife Rachel had a series of images taken for their pre wedding shoot.

Ashleigh’s model portfolio was a lot of fun to do. We took a series of images with blonde hair, and then some as a brunette.
